Update my account and password

    Hi Temesgen,

    Thanks for reaching out to us for help. I understand you wanted to update your username and password, is that correct? I checked the email address you use to submit this ticket but I can't find any record of the Jotform account. To process your request, please log in to the account in the issue and send the request from there.

    You can also let us provide with us the following information:

    • Amount of recent charged
    • Transaction date
    • Last four digits of the card
    • Expiration date of the card
    • Type of card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, etc.)
