How many monthly paid submission forms are allowed?

    Hi, on the starter package it says there's only 10 monthly payment submissions allowed. Does this mean we can only process 10 total payments, even though we can accept 100 monthly submissions? Or does this mean 10 types of payments?

    We are a nonprofit PTA group for our Elementary School and were hoping to use Jotform for our membership forms since we can integrate square payments in the form.

    We don't have the budget to pay for the higher jotform tiers, even with the nonprofit pricing. It also seems the nonprofit pricing is still high with the cost at $204 a year. We expect to have less than 200 submissions a year with both membership forms, and most of them July-September.

    Hi Las Brisas PTSA,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'll do my best to help you. In the starter plan, you get 10 monthly payment submission form limits. That means if you have a form which is integrated with the any payment gateway or Square then, you can get maximum 10 payment submissions per month even though, you have 100 normal submission form limits. Your monthly payment submission counter resets to 0 on the 1st day of each month. Here is the link to understanding your account usage and limits.

    On Jotform you will have to fill out the form in order to apply for the eligibility to get the Non-profit discount. Out team will asses the form, and get in touch with you via an email if you are approved. You will have to attach an appropriate official document that can prove that you are a Non-Profit. Here is the link  of the form. With the non-profit discount you can save up to 50% off on any paid plans. As, you mentioned that you are only expecting less than 200 submissions in a year, then you can select a Bronze plan. You upgrade and downgrade your plan anytime on Jotform.
