How do I remove the Captcha from the form?

    Hi, I haven't asked for a captcha, but now one appears every time someone tries to submit a form. How can I remove this requirement?

    Hi Adam,

    Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. We utilize reCaptcha to reduce the possibility of your form receiving spam submissions. The Captcha is asked when we detect unusual traffic from an IP.

    We have whitelisted your account. Can you try a test submission on your form to see if you still receive the Captcha?
