I am receiving emails in my inbox but the box is not being updated with registrations.

Can you please explain to us a bit more in detail about the issue so we can have a better idea about what's happening? By that, we would be able to come up with a solution. Also, what box are your referring to? Can you also share to us the form link of the form you're having issues with so that we can also check on our end?

If you have any questions, just reply to this thread, or you can create a forum thread from the Contact Us page. Regarding not your issue, could you please explain in a bit more detail? When you say not receiving registration in the box, do you mean Email Inbox or the Submission table?
Once we hear back from you we can move forward with a solution.
