How to display the submission data in web page for users to view?

I'm trying to create a form that will allow people to tell a story and upload a photo. Then I need someway that the story and photo will then be visible on a page somewhere for other users to view and vote thumbs up or thumbs down. Ideally, they would be in a format like digg after they submit the form: http://screencast.com/t/fb6VtBdeSBsc

Is this possible? Please help!

Let me try and understand your requirement a bit more in detail.

You want to create a form where user will be able to upload an image and input some texts. You then want to display all the submissions data (image & texts)in a web page. Is that correct?

I believe the above requirement is possible to achieve. Here are the steps you should follow:

#1. Create a submission report for your form. I would suggest you to create HTML Table listing report or RSS Lising report and the following guides should help you:

#2. Grab the iFrame embed code of your report which you should get in report wizard. Please check the screenshot below:

#3. Use this embed code to embed report in your web page and the submission data should be visible in your web page.

Now coming back to your last requirement. Can you please explain how you want to add the functionality to allow your users to vote on the submission records? Please explain your requirement a bit more in detail and we will see if there is any possibility available.
