I want cancel the subscription
But I try several times I couldn't so please any help?

Hi Rywei,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked the account associated with the email address you used in this thread, and the subscription was already canceled, and a refund had already been processed. You can also view your invoice. Let me show you how:
- On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your Avatar/Profile Picture.
- Click on Settings to go to your Account Settings.
- Under Account Settings, click on the Billing tab.
- Scroll down a bit and you should be able to see the Invoices section.
- Click on the View link on each invoice to see their details.
