    Which elements on the form builder are compatible with Smart PDF?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, I didn’t fully understand the issue. Can you explain a bit more about the issue, so I can get a better idea of what's happening?

    Please note that all elements available on the Form Builder, are also available on the Smart PDF builder. If you would like to know which elements of the original PDF can be mapped with the form in the Smart Builder, then you can add and map all elements. But, if you add an extra element on your form e.g a paragraph, you will not be able to map it with your original PDF. To do so, you will need to edit your original PDF with a PDF Editor, like Adobe Reader, and then upload it to your form.
