How to add form into Go Daddy

I need to request permission to use a personal jot form from you. This is what I was told.

I will be requesting personal information from my clients to do tax returns for them. My business is tax preparation.

How do we move forward with this so Go Daddy can use this form in my website?

My current form is in your system.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your email address and I can see that you are a guest account. Note that we only offer a one-time login for guest accounts. You can convert your guest account into a free account by creating an account using the same email address on our Sign up page. This will allow you to verify the account. If you mean to embed your form into your GoDaddy website  It's easy to add your form to the GoDaddy website. Let me walk you through it:

1. Open the Publish tab in the Form Builder.
2. Click Embed on the left.
3. Copy the code provided.
