Thank you. I did read this guide several times and I did include page breaks. I just didn't understand if they had to go to the end and click submit in order for it to be saved. I think I found that when a user clicks "next" it will actually save the form and continue to the next page. Is this correct?

The data is being saved upon the Next/Back page break button clicks.
Please also use your session link (http://form.jotform.us/form/50335764476158?session={email}-{id}) as the form Custom Thank You URL.
It should fix the issue.
