Form: Does the Reminder Email still work if the appointment submission has been archived?

If I archive a submission for an appointment booking, will an appointment reminder still be sent to the submitter?

Thanks for contacting Jotform Support. Upon testing the appointment reminder email for an archived submission, I successfully received the reminder email. This confirms that archived submissions can still send reminder emails to the submitter.

Thanks for getting back to us. At the moment, deleting the submission is the only way to remove the submission and delete it. That being said, we've gone ahead and escalated a request for a feature to cancel reminder emails for archived submissions to our developers, but when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
