    The link to the Encrypted Forms 2.0 help guide is giving me a 404 error. Can you fix?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I’m sorry you're having difficulties with this. The link seems to be working fine. Checkout the below screencast :

    It seems the guide is not loaded correctly on your end. It might be due to a cache issue. Could you please clear your browsing cache and cookies and then try to load your form once. It should work after clearing the cache. If it still does not work try using another browser or try it on incognito mode. To check if the issue is related with specific browser

    If the same thing happens again, share us the screenshot of the issue. It would help us to understand better what’s happening on your end. We have a guide here explaining how to add a screenshot in the support forum.
