Submissions not sending to Quickbook via integration.

    I really appreciate you integrating Quickbooks with Jotform. It will be a real time saver for my. However, I have followed the instructions on the video and set up the customer file matching form data with Quickbooks fields. I did a test submission of the form but the new costomer profile does not show up in my client files in Quickbooks. When I do a search, it does not show up either. Both Quickbooks and Jotform show my accounts linked.

    Hi Jerry,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I am sorry you are having an issue with this. Could you please provide us with the form URL you are trying to integrate with Quickbooks, so I can clone and test it to see what's going on? Meanwhile, you can try to remove the integration and add it back to the form to see if that help.

    Once we hear back from you we can move forward with a solution.
