Exclude field with N/A response in the average calculation

I have been assigned a form, and I would like to make some modifications and add additional widgets to enhance its functionality. Could you kindly guide me on how to edit the form to implement these changes effectively?

Furthermore, my main question revolves around calculating the average for certain questions in the form without having the "N/A" responses impact the overall score. Is there a way to exclude "N/A" values from the calculations while still obtaining an accurate average for the relevant questions?

    Hello Roma,

Thanks for patiently waiting. I have created a demo form to simulate the requirement you want to achieve on your form. Here are the steps I did:

    1. Add the questions on your form. On my test, I added three Single Choice questions. I have enabled the Calculation Values and added values for each option. Set the default value to the first option of the question.

    2. After every question, I added a Short Text field that is set to hidden. For each of these questions, I set up an Update/Calculate Field condition that will update the value of this field if the selected option is not N/A. Do this on each of the questions.

    3. Add a Form Calculation widget that will add the Short Text fields we have added after every question. Set this widget to Hidden.

    4. Add another Form Calculation widget that will compute the average.

Here is my cloned form as a reference.

Give it a try and reach out again if you have any other questions.
