Enteprise account: Can not share forms with another account

    I love Jotform, but we cannot afford the enterprise accounts . We are paying for two accounts but cannot share anything.... it's becoming a problem and we may have to close the accounts.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry you're having problems with the enterprise accounts. I checked the status of the email address used to open this support ticket, but I got the result that this is a Guest account. Since you do have an Enterprise plan, please contact your dedicated Enterprise Support Team regarding this issue. You can check out our guide on How to Contact Enterprise Support.

    If you can not log into your accounts, please let me know, and I will contact the Enterprise Support Team about this, and they will be reaching out to you shortly to help you. In that case, please confirm your account email address so that they can verify it.
