Error on Documents Uploaded

    Dear Sir or Madam,

    We are having an issue with the links to the uploaded docs from candidates applying for scholarship. The scholarship application form is created through jotform. The error message from jotform indicates the file was moved, unavailable or no longer exists. Could you please investigate and see where the problem is? Attached you find a screenshot of the message. Thank you in advance.

    Hi Liridon,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The error appears when the owner of the account is enabled in their settings to require login when viewing the uploaded file. You can either need to signup/log in to Jotform to view the files or get in touch with the form owner and disable this feature on their account settings.
