I have encryption enabled. I can view submissions from browser, but cannot view from within the mobile app. I am on iPhone, OS version is 15.7.8. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled from the App Store so I have the newest app. On the mobile app I enter my encryption key and click on Access. Nothing happens.

Thanks for patiently waiting. I tested the Encryption feature using the Jotform Mobile App version 2.7.9 (404) and I was able to access the encrypted form. Take a look at the screencast below:
Can you please share the form URL and the screen recording about what is happening? I have gone ahead and cleared the form caches to refresh the form.
