If you're referring to a Jotform subscription paid plan, a paid plan is not required when integrating a form with Pipedrive. However, as for Pipedrive, I suggest reaching out directly to Pipedrive to inquire about the pricing on the Pipedrive usage. I found a page here from Pipedrive with the updated pricing for their services. As for Jotform you can checkout the current pricing here for the Starter or free plan and all features and limits for each paid plan.
