Unable to create a public link for the Sign Document

How can I create a sharble link to the document that can be sent to recipient to view and sign? For instance, in the case that I would like to email the link instead of emailing it. When we try to do this it gives the following message: To create a public link, only one role is allowed on your document.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. To create a public link, you should only have one person who should be able to sign the document. This is what is meant by only one role being allowed in the document. 

I suggest making some changes to your Sign document that don't require your signature during the process.
