Hi we have a couple different jotforms that are active. we have had 5 or 6 of our customers call in and say that they filled out a form and it said successful. but we have not received them to our jotform account. I just sent a test one through and it worked fine. Is there any thing on your end or that you would suggest us checking or trying?

I checked your jotform account TotaraSprings and it is currently Active and in good standing.
I assume then that the issue you were reporting was about the submission Emails not arriving in your email mailbox? Please clarify also if it is not.
I checked one of the Notification Email in your form and I noted that it was not properly setup.
I suggest you removed the existing Notifiers and add new Notification using the Add New Email button.
Do this for all the forms you have email Notification issues.
Then check again after if new incoming emails are now arriving in your mailbox.
