I've deleted and purged my submissions, but my Upload Space isn't recalculated

    Please I have deleted all Submissions, All Trash and everything but the upload space is still showing 64%. Please i have submitted my email. Help me to reset from your side so it can reduce to zero.

    Hi Ewan,


    Have you purge your Trash already? Here's how you can do it:


    • Log in to your Jotform account.
    • Click on My Forms from the blue bar at the top.
    • Then select My Tables.
    • Click on Trash from the left menu.
    • Select the form you want to purge and then click on Purge.

    Please note that this action can't be undone. You may also check this guide https://www.jotform.com/help/1863-how-to-delete-a-form/#:~:text=Click%20the%20Trash%20folder.,Click%20the%20Purge%20button.

    I have checked my trash and my table shows empty. I have deleted everything in my trash. Please help me to clear and make it empty. Thanks

    Thanks for getting back to us. I went ahead and checked your account associated with this email address ewanmarcellino@gmail.com and I can confirm that you still did not reach your Upload Space limit. You should be able to access your forms. Can you try these troubleshooting methods below:

    • Log out and log back into your account.
    • Use Incognito/Private mode.
    • Please clear your web browser's cache.
    • Use a different web browser.
    • Restart your device
    • Please try also to log in to another device.

    If the steps above did not work and you're still unable to access your forms we'll do a more in-depth investigation and work on finding a solution.
