How to add multiple payment options to a form?

I have already watched and followed the steps on the "how to create a basic multiple payment form" video. I did try to followed the steps; however, when testing the form the registration page does not take the payment at the end. I'm new to jotform so I'm sure it's user error. I was chatting with someone to help and the chat just disappeared. Aughhhh!!!

When asking for a page link, is that the registration page I created using jotform?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. To clarify, are you perhaps referring to creating a multiple payment option on your form? If so, to create Multiple Payment Forms, you need to create a sub-form or forms then attach it to your main form using Iframe Embed widget, then using conditional logic to show the option the user chooses.
