Embedded form doesn't advance to second page

I have a live embedded form right now and have received multiple complaints that they are unable to advance the form to the second page.  From my own troubleshooting I have noticed that if you start filling out the form and see there's a back and a next button listed at the bottom of the form, you will not be able to advance to the second page of the form.  However, if you reload the page and try to fill the form out again, there will only be the next button below an you will be able to advance to the second page of the registration form.

Is this a jot form issue or should I be contacting GoDaddy, since they're our host?

I assume that you're referring to the form embedded here: http://idhima.org/convention-registration/2015-convention-registration/ since the provided URL returned a 404 error.

I was unable to reproduce the issue on my side, but I noticed that you're using other JavaScript libraries such as JQuery that might cause conflicts with our scripts. Thus, I suggest you to try to re-embed your form using the iframe code instead.

Let us know if this helps.

We have also added an update to the system, so the form JS embed code should be more stable. Please re-check the form to make sure that the issue is fixed on your side too.

    Thank you.
