The link for the "simple" way to only allow certain people to fill out a form is not there.

    I am building a form that is a final examination from a course.

    i would like to attach the form to my website and have it only accessible via a code that i share with students. The link that is supposed to take me to the "simple" way is not visible. please advise

    I'm sorry, but I'm a bit confused about the problem. Do you mean to say that the field to let students enter the codes is not visible in the form? 

    I've checked your form and as far as I could see, the form is configured correctly. Here's a screenshot:

    As you could see, the condition is working correctly.

    I guess you have the issue when the form is embedded to your website. Please try re-embedding the form using our iFrame method: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code.
