how can i assure my candidates that the forms that they submit are submitted securely as they submit sensitive information.

Hi James,
You have to make sure that SSL is enabled to your form. I've checked the website and you already have it to your form. But I noticed some conflicts in the page so I would advise re-embedding your form using our iFrame method: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code. Again, don't forget to check "Secure Form" in the form embed wizard:
One last thing to note, free account is limited to only 10 SSL submissions per month. You may consider upgrading your account if you need more than this.
