Is 2FA only available to enterprise users?

    Hi Rob,

    Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. Currently, there is no option to enable two-factor authentication on Jotform accounts. But, if you're using your Facebook or Google credentials to log in to your account, you may enable the two-factor authentication with either of those services.

    On the other hand, if you are referring to the email verification code that is provided to you through email before you can log in to your account then Email authentication cannot be disabled. It is triggered when our system detects multiple devices or locations have logged on to the same regular account, such as Free, Bronze, Silver, and Gold Plans. These are for single-user plans, and sharing your login credentials is against our Terms.

    If you need multiple users on an account, we encourage you to consider upgrading your account to Jotform Enterprise which also offers SSO login. Alternatively, you can use our Jotform's Collaboration feature to share your submissions with your team members.
