Form notification is not received

    Saved file and went though site to check page and after submission of form.  It goes white and no form was received in email notifying of submission.

    I see that your email address in our bounce list and hence you are not receiving emails. I've now removed it from the bounce list and you should be receiving the form submissions to your email.

    As I tried to submit your JotForm, the submissions went through without any issue and displayed Thank you page when Cash or Check options were selected. It redirected to PayPal when PayPal is selected.

    Please let us know if the issue still persists. We will be happy to look into this issue further.

    Hey just went and checked the forms and I am still getting a blank screen after hitting submit on the site. 

     

    We checked it though a mobile device and we get the thank you screen after hitting the submission form after choosing cash.
