Scan a papercopy and create a submission for the user

Hi, Can I scan my clients paper consent from to create their file on jotform and also scan my previous clients consent forms and add it to their existing file

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. There's no option to automatically create a submission for your client when you scan a paper copy of your consent form. Your client will need to fill out the Jotform form that you'll create for their data/file to be included in the submissions table.
