Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Are you referring to the Zip file emailed when downloading all attachments or PDFs on your form submissions? If yes, the Zip file can only be sent to the main email address of the account. I'm afraid it cannot be sent to the backup email address added to it.

However, you can forward the emailed zip file to another recipient or to the backup for them to download. If you want to change the direct recipient's or main email, you need to update your account email address. You can check out this guide on how to change your account email address.
