Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you explain a bit more about the request or the Payment Settings, so I can get a better idea of what's happening? If you can share also the link to your form, I can check it out and see what’s going on. If you trying to open the Payment Settings of one of your forms, you can just click on the Wand Icon of your Payment Widget. Let me show you how to do it:
If you need to check your Invoices or check/change your Billing Credit Card, you can do it via the Billing tab in your Account Settings:
