We are looking to have a form once submitted go to different people depending on what part of a section is checked off.

So you mean that you want to break up your form to have it sent in sections to different people?

I believe I understand you correctly and going from the above yes I believe that should be possible. Here are two ways you can do this below.

    Option #1 -

What you could do is create multiple email notifications and only list each section you want to separate within each notification via the form field tags that pulls the answers into it.

Example Sectioned Form: http://form.jotform.us/form/51106834031140?    [Clone It!]

    Option #2 -

If you don't like the idea behind Option #1 above then you could alternatively use a Multi-Purpose Form which works similar to a Multi-Payment Form Setup. The only difference is that you wouldn't be using any payment information unless you needed that to be collected in one of your sections.

Basically you have one Master Form with each of your Individual Sections embedded in an iframe on it. Each of those would technically be a single form but to users it would appear to be one main form. However, when they are done and submit each section then it would send each section out separately as you want it to be.

    UPDATE -

In regards to Option #2 (seen in my above reponse) I've thrown together this quick demo form just to kinda give you a rough view of kinda how it would work. I know there's some huge gaps between the sections but that could certainly easily be fixed within the form designer using injected css.

    Support,

This is still hard to understand.  Please explain this step by step. Here is the form I am trying work with. It was imported over from Adobe Form Central. I can not set up these groups you talk about.

http://form.jotform.us/form/51113628087150 (This link may not work. When I click on it here it does not go through. But when I copy the URL it does)

I want the entire form to go to one person. Besides being sent to that one person, I want sections to be sent to different people IF they are filled out.

Are you referring to this form http://form.jotform.us/form/51113628087150 ?

I noticed that you have 3 Email Notifications inside of that form. And want to add new Notification that will have only selected fields and it should be send if those fields inside of your form are populated?

To do that you need do create new Email Notification and then set Sender and Recipient settings.

Then inside of Compose Email you need to leave only desired fields that you want to be shown in new Notification.

And then you need to set condition for that Notification. So that Notification will be send only if selected fields are populated.

More about how to send to a specific email address based on a selection you can find in this article:

Also here is demo form I made with your cloned form.

Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.
