Daily I receive messages that our form cannot be viewed in our mobile format. The only way the form will appear is for users to switch to the "web" view on their phones. I need this form visible in the mobile environment.

I was able to reproduced the issue when I test the website on a mobile device browser.
It seems that there are script issue that is happening.
I suggest to try first re-embedding the form again to the website using instead its iframe embed code
user guide: -Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code
Please make sure to clear first also the previous script embedded code of the form to avoid any other issue.
Let us know if this did not resolve the problem.
