Upgrading Account Issue

    Hello,

     

    I just upgraded my account twice and it still doesn't look like it worked. I receive a confirmation note after hitting "sign me up" but to no avail. I'd like to upgrade to the premium level. What do I do?

    Sorry to see that you are experiencing issues with upgrading your account. Do you see any error messages while trying to upgrade? This may be also a browser cache issue that you'll need to clear by following the guide below :

    Also, please make sure that you are logged into your account while upgrading the account from the pricing page.
