Upload PDF form: Submissions are blank when PDF form is downloaded and submitted

    I have gone into the email settings and changed the email recipient address. I’ve filled out some text and submitted the form but the form has come back blank and doesn’t resemble the original PDF.

    I made a test submission by downloading the PDF form and filled it out using Adobe Reader, I've checked the submission and indeed it is blank. 

    I'll forward this to our developers immediately to have it checked. For the meantime, could you re-upload the PDF form to JotForm using the Import Tool here: http://www.jotform.com/adobe-formscentral-alternative/. See if the newly imported one manifested the same problem.
