Spam Emails from firstname.lastname@example.orgAsked by mzbarnes on June 17, 2015 at 02:09 AM
Hi there, a lot our our clients are receiving spam enquiries from this email: email@example.com it's same on quite a few. i even installed captcha on one and it still got spammed. is this happening on other peoples forms? please let me know the best way to stop it. thanks matt
That is something intentional because adding the captcha should stop robots from doing it. You can do the following:
However, the unique question method is not recommended if you allow clients to submit in the form twice or multiple times.
If you are spammed using the same email, you can also use our conditional logic method. You can hide the entire form or the submit button if the email field is filled with "firstname.lastname@example.org".
Try that and update us here if the methods are still bypass.
