Unfortunately, it is not possible to import Google forms. However, you can create a form from the scratch in a few minutes just by dragging and dropping fields using our form builder, also you can use the Designer feature to create beautiful forms in real time:

Then, once you create the similar structure, you can import your Google Form submissions into an Excel or CSV file, and use our Import App to import submission into the new form: http://apps.jotform.com/app/import_data
