After the user has completed the form, is there an option to submit another form?

Asked by PollyNovak on June 23, 2015 at 05:03 PM

I am using my form to collect nominations for various offices.  After the user has completed the form, I would like for him/her to have the option of submitting an additional nomination or possibly 2 or 3.  The information would be different each time, so the user would have to have a new form.  I envision a toggle where the user would either have the option to submit additional nominations or would receive a thank you for his/her submission.  Can this be done with Jotforms?

Yes, this can be done in two methods:

Method 1: Using Thank You Page wizard, you can redirect after submission: https://www.jotform.com/help/38-Redirecting-Users-to-a-Different-Page

There you only have to paste the direct link of your other form, here is an example of how to get the direct link:

Method 2: With conditional logic, you can use the Change Thank You URL after submission option according to this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/317-Configuring-Change-Thank-You-URL-after-submission-condition

    You could apply something like:

Hope this helps, let us know if you have more questions, we will be glad to assist you.
