After the user has completed the form, is there an option to submit another form?

I am using my form to collect nominations for various offices.  After the user has completed the form, I would like for him/her to have the option of submitting an additional nomination or possibly 2 or 3.  The information would be different each time, so the user would have to have a new form.  I envision a toggle where the user would either have the option to submit additional nominations or would receive a thank you for his/her submission.  Can this be done with Jotforms?
