PDF not showing the form correctlyAsked by greatdentalwebsites on June 24, 2015 at 07:22 PM
Hi Support Team,
I created an awesome new Form, but when I try to download it as a PDF to share with clients - it is absolutely horrible looking. It is missing titles, the alignment is messed up, completely unprofessional looking to share with anyone.
Is this common and do you have a solution? Also, is there a way to share the form through a link since PDF is so bad?
Attached is a screenshot of the PDF. Thanks for your help!
Is this the form http://www.jotform.us/form/51746074500147 you were using?
You can also share the form in different ways. Here is the user guide
I created the PDF version of your form using the guide -How-to-Create-a-PDF-Form
and it seems to be fine though
your screenshot was not included in your message, so we could not see how you meant.
Try uploading a screenshot image of the PDF form again following this guide
