My client wants to be able to reply from his inbox to the contact form submission he received from his website. Is there a way to do this?

    Yes, you need to setup an email notification: https://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications

    Reply-to Email: Make sure to assign it to a field of your form where the users inputs his email address.(Usually called the "E-mail" field)
