I was hoping that different nested levels of the dynamic dropdown would crete separate items on the google sheet. Is this possible? So, as in the screenshot those multi-line items would be separated into different columns. Thanks

By the way,. I am familiar with the workaround in excel by using comma values...  just looking for something more organic

I'm afraid that I don't really see a more organic / better way of having this data in multiple spreadsheet columns / cells.

Values from the Dynamic Dropdown are being placed in a single cell in your spreadsheet since this entire field with all its various drop-downs is still just a single field. As a single field, all its selected data goes into a single cell.

You could ensure that values from all Drop Downs are forwarded to their own cells by using multiple regular Drop Down fields instead, and using Conditional Logic to show/hide drop downs based on values selected in previous drop downs. However, this may be tedious to set up and maintain, as you would need to create many drop downs and set up conditions for each of them. The Dynamic Dropdown makes the task seamless.
