Completed Forms Notification Response

I've completed two forms on the site and am wondering if they are set up so that when a person completes either of them I am notified via the email I have on file.  That said, I also wanted to make sure that same email, provides all the data in the form.  

Can you look at and advise.  My user is davidh1
