    JOTFORM PROS:

How do I make 3 JOTFORMS link to capture all information and check out?

I have 3 forms connected now accessible on website. Eventually only one form will be on website. I am also planning on groups coming through landing page first. After they submit name, email and password it will take them to my JOTFORM part A.

Any help would be a good start.

    Landing Page:    http://muggybaygroup.instapage.com/
(enter name, email, pass..... not required right now click continue)

    MY JOTFORM:

    http://muggybay.com/club-coffee-selections-b/       (PART B)

    http://muggybay.com/club-checkout-c/      (PART C)

The info from A/B/C need to be captured as one order. Charged out through Stripe and info collected in mailchimp or ConstantContact. muggybay.com is hosted on BIGCOMMERCE.com

    Hope someone can guide me.

    Thanks!

    Jim

    Thank you for contacting us.

We support multi-page forms, so I would like to suggest combining the forms into a single 3 pages form.

How to Create Multi Page Forms

If you need to duplicate fields between forms, you can try it with a Field Manager app.

Mailchimp and ConstantContact integrations are also available.

    JotForm ConstantContact Integration

Please feel free to contact us if you need any further assistance.

You must give us the link of the form having the issue. However, I can see problem might lie with the payment integration.

I would recommend you to use form calculations and only pass the total to the payment integration with Stripe, which should be at the final form.

Here is a guide on how to accomplish this, the guide contains another guide at the top, but in your scenario, what it is explained at the bottom is what basically would work.

    Jeanette,

The form is:   Club Invitation - ALL

    The link is:     http://form.jotform.us/form/52026820001134

    muggybay.com (link):    http://muggybay.com/muggybay-invitation-to-join/

Not real sure about calculations or setting up.

    Need:

    1) Monthly recur charge ($28 + shipping) first month.

    2) Next month ($8 per month) this is a Club Subscription Fee - no shipping

    3) I need to collect form for each order.

    4) Will MailChimp handle collecting info?

    5) After amount is processed through Stripe what happens next to retrieve order?

    6) I am also wanting to use landing page that will send them to page with form.
If I collect Name, Email and Password on landing page can it auto-fill on form?

    Any help appreciated..... Thanks!

    1) Monthly recur charge ($28 + shipping) first month.

    2) Next month ($8 per month) this is a Club Subscription Fee - no shipping

You can set it up that way, please check these guides

    http://www.jotform.com/help/166-How-to-setup-a-recurring-payment-option

    http://www.jotform.com/help/304-How-to-add-shipping-cost-to-Payment-Forms

    3) I need to collect form for each order.

You can collect your submissions and downloaded in Excel, CSV or PDF formats, please follow these guides:

    http://www.jotform.com/help/44-How-to-Export-Form-Data-to-Excel

    http://www.jotform.com/help/73-How-to-Partially-Download-Form-Submissions-as-Excel-CSV-PDF

    4) Will MailChimp handle collecting info?

Yes, you can also integrate the forms with Mailchimp so you can send data to that 3rd party service

    http://www.jotform.com/help/163-How-to-Integrate-with-MailChimp

    5) After amount is processed through Stripe what happens next to retrieve order?

Since we provide just the connection to the Payment gateway, you'll see the info about money and the like in the Stripe dashboard. Here is a good guide regarding to Payment integrations

    http://www.jotform.com/help/323-Mastering-Payment-Form-Integrations-with-JotForm

    6) I am also wanting to use landing page that will send them to page with form.
If I collect Name, Email and Password on landing page can it auto-fill on form?

You can collect all that except passwords, this is considered a violation to our terms of use

However, autofilling forms is something you won't be able to accomplish if what you need is to retrieve the info from a sort of database.

We have however an Autofill feature that can be enabled and works with Browser's cookies. Please check this guide http://www.jotform.com/help/227-How-to-Enable-Auto-Fill-Feature

I hope to have answered most of your questions.
