I am getting multiple notifications for "case notes" submissions sent to my email. How can i stop this?

It is possible you have 'multiple' Notification Email setup on the form.
If the form have multiple Notifier like this
it will send multiple submission email to the Recipient Email assigned to the Notifier. So, if the Recipient E-mail address is your email, they will then be sent multiple times to you.
You can delete the other Notifier if not needed.
Click on the red 'X' button when hovering on the selected Notifier.
