Can't seem to upgrade to accept your offer

    Hi,

    I visited your upgrade page, tried to click on the Premium Package, $9.99 per month by credit/debit and it didn't work. Clicked the upgrade button but it did nothing.

    Hi,
    I have cleared my cache and tried again. I'm logged in and have been
    using the builder, but am still getting the same issue. I have taken a

    Hi,

    Thank you for providing us more details on this and we appreciate the video.

    Could you try upgrading in your "Upgrade/Billing" section in your JotForm account instead, you can do that by following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/331-How-to-upgrade-my-account

    Please note that you need to be logged in to your JotForm account and upgrade directly in  your account settings.

    You could also try using a different browser, there might be some plugin/extension you are using the is blocking our scripts, in my case I'm using Google Chrome, Edge and Mozilla Firefox and can't seem to replicate the problem.

    Let us know if that works.
