I visited your upgrade page, tried to click on the Premium Package, $9.99 per month by credit/debit and it didn't work. Clicked the upgrade button but it did nothing.

I do apologize for the issue that you are experiencing regarding upgrading your account.
Our pricing page appears to be working correctly at this time, could you please clear your browser cache and try to upgrade your account once again.
Please inform us if you are still experiencing an issue with upgrading.

Thank you for providing us more details on this and we appreciate the video.
Could you try upgrading in your "Upgrade/Billing" section in your JotForm account instead, you can do that by following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/331-How-to-upgrade-my-account.
Please note that you need to be logged in to your JotForm account and upgrade directly in your account settings.
You could also try using a different browser, there might be some plugin/extension you are using the is blocking our scripts, in my case I'm using Google Chrome, Edge and Mozilla Firefox and can't seem to replicate the problem.
Let us know if that works.
