Disabled form accepting submissions

Hiya,

I have a form that received a submission, even though it was removed from the page AND the form itself was disabled. I assume the registrant filled out a cached version of the form, but how was that able to happen if the form itself was disabled?

To my understanding you mean that someone has been sending submissions via your "jones youth scoccer form" which is already disabled.

I can see and confirm from our end that it is indeed disabled in your account.

However, when I looked at your submissions I could see you have new ones within the last couple of days now.

But when I checked your form limit settings I found you have none set which means you've disabled it manually from your My Forms page.

I think the cause of this problem is likely from someone using an older browser that either has javascript disabled is outdated which would cause this type of issue because the form disabled feature uses javascript to function properly.

What I would suggest going ahead and setting up the Unique Submission Limits to make it expired there as well to aid it further in disabling it. Additionally, I would also suggest adding a No Script Widget to the form too which will block users from continuing to use it if their javascript not working on their browser. Both of those options should help to prevent this problem.
