Form embed not working with Go Daddy

I use Go Daddy Website builder.  I have tried to use the embed function with copy/paste and I can't get the form I created to function.

Any help would be appreciated.

Try using the iFrame embed method. That is going to be the most stable method of embedding your form in your website without other javascript files conflicting with it.
