Why are all of my images gone?!

I tried adding an image to the Thank You page of my form, and it somehow disabled all of the other images in my form.  WHY did this happen?  I even tried reverting the form and that didn't work.  How do I get my images back?  Please fix this issue.

If the images still don't show up, please do try the following:

a. Close the image wizard

b. Close the form builder

c. Logout from your account

d. Clear your browser's cache and cookies for Jotform

e. Login again

f. Clear your forms cache: https://www.jotform.com/help/229-How-to-Clear-your-Form-Cache.

g. Load the form again in the form builder and check the image wizard.
