i have a form titled "Beer Cooler Request" that if you select Include Beer w/Delivery I would like the "Beer Selections" sections to show up and be invisible if "Beer at Account" is selected

    Hi,

You can achieve that using the conditional logic.

If you would like to redirect your user to a new page based from that selection, then you can use the conditional logic "Skip" pages. But you'll need to make your form multiple page, here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/119-How-to-Create-Multi-Page-Forms. The screenshot below shows the option.

If you want, you can also just use a form collapse field to group specific fields instead of skipping to a new page, you can then just conditionally show/hide it based from that selection. Here's a guide for that: https://www.jotform.com/help/297-Show-or-Hide-multiple-fields-at-once-using-form-collapse-tool

I hope that works. If you need more assistance on this, just let us know.
