There are some failed messages only to m***@i-***.com address in account email history. However, the form email settings look good, so this might be an issue with one specific email address.
I have submitted a test entry, and I have successfully receive the form email Autoresponder.
Please test the form with any other email address to confirm that email Autoresponders are being emailed. If you need any further assistance, please let us know.
