Is there a way to create a custom document using the form inputs then exporting the document with the form elements into a word document or some other format? I'm looking to have the user answer a few questions. The answers to these questions will be set into a document of some kind and emailed to them or made available to download. This possible with jot form?

Yes this is very much possible by just creating Report out of the form submission data.

When you go to your form submission data, you will see the option to create document report.

You can also download the submission data and share them to your end-users.

I'm looking to be able to customize this file using the form data though-It's not just a PDF of the form. For instance, someone enters their Address, other information and checks a box that will add a paragraph of information and this will then be placed in several place on the PDF like. And if they check another box, then another paragraph will form, etc.

In nec purus velit. Company Name, sollicitudin a sollicitudin id, aliquet in elit. In faucibus, elit et faucibus ornare, mauris mi maximus sapien, in finibus metus sapien eu massa. Sed maximus eu mi sed facilisis. Quisque condimentum tristique nulla, ut suscipit velit aliquam eget. Cras volutpat ex purus, at facilisis augue efficitur consequat. Integer interdum ultricies consequat. Nam viverra vel nisi quis lobortis. Aenean iaculis nunc vitae aliquam tempor. Vivamus faucibus nunc quis odio accumsan, in eleifend velit ultricies.

So if we are understanding you correctly you mean that you want to enter in pre-selected answers as your data such as if a user chooses a related option for it? Is that what you mean? Or?

You can easily do this with conditional logic set for your selections to update the form field values.

Answer A = Data A in Field A or whichever
