Hi,
I presume you would like to edit the submissions?
You can directly do that in your Submissions page and click the "Edit" button.
In edit mode, you need to click the submit button to apply the changes.
If you would like your users to edit their submission, that is possible by giving them the edit link, here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/40-How-to-Let-Users-Update-Their-Form-Submissions-at-a-Later-Date
Let us know if I misunderstood your concern.
Thank you.

Although forms created with our desktop version are mobile-friendly, the JotForm web application itself isn't. JotForm builder is optimized to work in a full-sized "mouse & keyboard" computer, rather than a touchscreen mobile device.
In the future, we might release updates to make it mobile-friendly, but in the meantime, you'll have to use a computer to edit your forms.
